Let's keep this simple... Upon entering a contract and showing that you have the ability to pay, whether through financing or otherwise, we'll start building and you will pay when we are done....
Design changes are possible, up to and including total redesign. These steps, if chosen, will require extra costs to be paid in advance and non refundable.
